Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions before using this website.

The contents on this website http://iziPen.com (the “site”) are provided by “iziPen Limited” (herein after referred to as “iziPen”). iziPen is an online platform which connects Customers with Writers offering the services the former request. By usage of this site / request of service(s) / making payment(s), it is presumed that you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions, do not use the site or request its services.

1. Definitions

1.1. ‘Customer’ (referred to as “you”) is the person who requests a service and places his/her order through iziPen in order to retrieve it. It is governed by the defined Terms & Conditions of this section.

1.2. ‘Writer’ is the person who provides for the services that the customer requests on a freelance basis. It is governed by the defined Terms & Conditions of this section.

1.3. An “Order” is a request made through iziPen’s online platform by the Customer for a particular writing service, such as essays, dissertations, etc. The exact kind of service, the form and other particulars are specified with the submission of this order.

1.4. A “Product” is an online document produced by the Writer, in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s order and is considered as the final form of the service requested.

1.5. A “Product Revision” is an online document considered as an edited version of the original writing document requested by the Customer.

1.6. “Customer Support Team” is iziPen’s assistance team providing support, assistance and resolving any existing queries produced by the Customer.

1.7. An “Order Status” is the current stage at which the Customer’s order is being.

1.8. A “Messaging System” is an online feature that allows detailed communication between the Customers and the Writers in relation to a writing service. No exchange of personal information is allowed through this messaging system and it will be monitored for possible violations. A violation of this kind is considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions contained in this agreement and iziPen reserves the right for obtaining all legal and equitable rights.

1.9.“Live Chatting” is an online feature that enables instant communication between the Customers and the Writers. No exchange of personal information is allowed and it will be monitored for possible violations. A violation of this kind is considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions contained in this agreement and iziPen reserves the right for obtaining all legal and equitable remedies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. iziPen is a service provider offering this platform with the purpose of facilitating you to use writing services of Writers. This is conditional to your acceptance of the Terms, Conditions, and Procedures both contained in this Agreement, as well as any Procedures and/or Notices published on this site by iziPen. The following Terms & Conditions govern your use and/or access on the site and the services offered. By your usage and/or subscription and/or purchase of writing service(s), you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms & Conditions, as well as to the Procedures of iziPen. These Terms might be update periodically without notice to you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with these Terms.

2.2. The words “use” or “using” in this Agreement, means any time that a User, someone visiting and/or accessing and/or making a purchase on the site, directly or indirectly, with or without the help of a machine, accesses or seeks to access, use, view, copy, print, make a request, interact with/from iziPen’s Services, or in any way communicates, has an interest and/or benefit and/or profit with/from any service or function of iziPen’ s Services, for any purpose whatsoever.

2.3. These Terms & Conditions will also, govern any new features that iziPen might include in the future, unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

3. Our Services

3.1. iziPen is an online platform that gives the ability to Customers to connect with a Writer of their choice, who will provide them with specific essays, dissertations and other writing services required. iziPen by functioning as an online platform has a dual objective; it guarantees Customers will be provided with the services they requested to the Writers, and it ensures that Writers will be paid for the services they offer.

3.2. The process of the website is simple. Customers are able to find and choose Writers that meet their requirements in skills, time frame, budget and their general requisites. Once Customers find their appropriate Writer from a long list of high skilled Writers offered by iziPen, they can place their order through the order platform. This order will include their specific requirements, such as the form of the writing service (essay, dissertation, translation, research, etc.), the length, the time-frame and other personal specifications. These requirements will be sent to the Writers that are relevant for the specific job and offers will be placed by them. Therefore, the Customers will have the ability to choose Writers through a wide selection of offers. Furthermore, iziPen provides ‘live chatting’ between the Customers and the suggested Writers. This will have the purpose of assisting the Customers to make the best choice, since they can discuss their requirements and even, have the possibility of negotiating the price slightly. However, at this stage (before Customers choose a Writer), the exchange of personal information between Customers and Writers is not allowed. There will be several online mechanisms ensuring that such an exchange will be avoided, since it is against the agreed Terms & Conditions. iziPen reserves the right to enforce legal consequences if such a breach occurs. From the moment Writers accept the requests and conditions of the Customers, it is the responsibility of the Writers to deliver the requested writing service in accordance with the particular requirements and quality, and within the required time frame.

3.3. At the moment the writing service has been completed, the Writers will transfer ownership and all other related rights of the project to the Customers. After the delivery of the writing services by the Writers, the Customers will have the ability to leave a review and rate the service offered by the former.

4. Order Process

4.1. Registration.

Registering as a Customer is easy, quick and completely free. iziPen will never charge you for registration either now or in the future. It is done by providing an email address and a password to use every time he/she accesses the website. This way the Customer can use iziPen in a quick and anonymous way. After registering, the Customer will receive a confirmation email to the email address he/she has provided to iziPen. The provision of incorrect email address is considered a violation of the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

4.2. Placing an order.

The Customer places an order on the online platform of iziPen. In this order, he/she specifies the requirements of the writing project, such as the type of the project (essay, dissertation, translation, research project etc.), the length, the time frame and other requisites. This order is sent to the relevant, for the job, Writers, and the latter place offers for which the Customer can choose. iziPen does not collect any payment fee at this stage.

4.3.Writer assignment.

Once the Customer chooses the Writer he is interested in performing the writing service, the latter contacts the former. This communication can take place through iziPen’s live chatting. This method of communication does not allow the exchange of personal details. This will be monitored and a possible violation will be considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions of this agreement leading to several legal consequences. The Writer bears the responsibility of acquiring all the information he/she needs in order to complete the writing project. The moment the Customer accepts the Writer’s offer, payment is placed through our site.

4.4. Messaging system.

The messaging system on iziPen is used for communication with Customers, Writers and iziPen’s Support Team. Customers can contact Writers through this system, as well as the opposite. Both can contact the support team in respect any queries they might have and/or advice needed and/or instructions. However, no exchange of personal information is allowed through this messaging system. Customers are also, not allowed to work with Writers directly without using iziPen’s platform. , Such actions will be monitored and possible breaches will lead to legal consequences as they are considered breaches of the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

4.5. Tracking the order status.

While a writing service is in progress. The Writers will update this progress bar as the project is progressing.

The order status can be:

Waiting –The Customer creates an order of a writing service and awaits for Writers offers.

Offers - The customer receives and accepts the offer of one of the writers who will perform the write service according to agreed guidelines

In progress – Customers are able of having a constant communication with the selected Writer through the live chat, in order to become informed about the progress of the writing project and to have access to any extra details that they may consider relevant for the proper performance of their work.

Finished – The Writer delivers the writing project to the Customer. Unless there is a reasonable belief supported by a strong claim that fraud has occurred in relation to the writing project, no refunds are available after the delivery of the service. However, there are several tests Writers overtake before accepting them on iziPen’s online platform. Furthermore, before the release of the writing project to the Customer, the project is thoroughly checked by online mechanisms that examine it for plagiarism and other fraudulent acts.

Cancelled by Fraud Writer – Writer’s account is cancelled and thus, all of his/hers “In Progress” services are terminated. The Writer can no longer use the site.

Cancelled by Fraud Customer – Customer’s account is cancelled and thus, all of his/hers “In Progress” orders are terminated. The Customer can no longer use the site.

Deadline expired – Order status is still “Binding” and the deadline has been exceeded, therefore it is deleted.

5. Delivery and Copyright

5.1. iziPen does not bear any responsibility and/or liability for any delivery issue. This also, encompasses any problem with and/or related to the Customers provider service, internet, email, and others which do not fall within the control of iziPen and/or relate to the fault of the Customers. iziPen’s Support Team is available to assist with any delivery problems through the messaging system of iziPen’s contact platform.

5.2. When Writers deliver a writing service to the Customers, it is according to the Customers requirements. The Customers are the ones holding full copyright of the writing projects and any other material delivered to them. If the Customers find out that the Writers gave material that is plagiarized and attempted to establish it as original, the Customers have the right to reject it, resulting to the withholding of payment towards the Writers. Payment will be held on iziPen’s online platform until the issue is examined thoroughly and in detail. Since, the Writers bear the responsibility of producing writing projects free of plagiarism, a part or even the full amount paid to them will be refunded back to the Customers. iziPen’s commission however, will not be refundable in any case.

5.3 iziPen and/or its affiliates and/or its partners are not liable and/or responsible for any breach, illegal, unethical act, or any wrongful use of the writing services received from the Writers. Such acts might include plagiarism, loss of titles / awards / scholarship / grants / positions, suspension, probation or any other academic disciplinary and/or legal action. In such situations, Customers should directly refer to the Writers and resolve any disputes with them.

6. Revision Policy

6.1. The Customer bears the responsibility of continuous contact through live chat with the selected Writer in order to track the progress of the writing project. If the Customer accepts the entirety of it, no refunds (partial or full) are available to the Customer.

6.2. The revisions requests made by the Customers will be assessed by iziPen’s Quality Assurance Department. If a revision request seems, according to the aforementioned mechanism, to breach the original requirements set out by the Customers, it can be declined.

7. Modifications

7.1. iziPen has the right to modify or terminate part and/or any and/or all of the provisions contained in this Terms & Conditions Agreement and/or iziPen’s Service, either temporarily or permanently, either with notice or without towards the Customers. iziPen does not have the obligation to update and/or support the Service. The amended Terms & Conditions will be posted here and replace the previous Terms & Conditions Agreement, and will be effective immediately with their upload on the site. If the Customer continues to use the site and/or its services, it is deemed to have agreed to the modification(s) made in this agreement, as well as accepting to be bound by the new Terms & Conditions in the site.

7.2. Customers acknowledge and accept that iziPen is not liable towards any Customer and/or Writer and/or Third Party if iziPen decides to exercise the aforementioned right of altering or terminating the Terms & Conditions of this agreement or its offered services. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be updated with the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement and this can be viewed directly and at any time at http://izipen.com/terms.

8. Use of iziPen’s Services

8.1. By using iziPen’s Services, it is deemed the Customer agrees:

a) to submit only correct information;

b) to update the information when required;

c) not to use iziPen’s Services for unlawful and/or illegal reasons.

8.2. The Customer, by using the site and/or Services of iziPen, certifies that is of legal age in accordance with the Customer’s country in order to purchase services online. The Customer also, confirms that he/she is not prohibited from using and/or receiving online services in accordance with the laws of the Customer’s country and/or any other jurisdiction that might be applicable.

8.3. If the Customer provides any kind of information that is not true and/or illegal and/or incomplete and/or inaccurate and/or out-of-date, or if iziPen has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by the Customer is not true and/or illegal and/or incomplete and/or inaccurate and/or out-of-date, iziPen reserves the right to delay or terminate your account and any ongoing and/or future writing services, and prohibit any future use of part or the entirety of the Services offered by iziPen.

9. Payment

The Customers can place an order through the site completely free. Once they accept a Writer from the long list of Writers offered to them, they will have to pay the agreed fees to the Writers. This is done through the secure system of PayPal. After the delivery of the writing service to the Customers, the Writers will receive their payment. There will be a 24 hours frame in between that will exist for security reasons, as well as for having the time to review that the writing project is plagiarism-free. After the final delivery of the writing project, the Customers can rate and/or leave a review for the particular Writer.

10. Privacy

10.1. iziPen is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide us any personal information, then you should be absolutely certain that it will be used only in accordance with this privacy policy. They will not be distributed to any third party.

10.2. iziPen.com will ask you to provide your personal details (name and email) only when you ask for our services; when customers request an essay, dissertation, etc. or when you apply to become a writer. By providing us with your personal details, we will have the ability to identify you and offer you the exact service that you request.

10.3. Before the customer enters his/her personal information which is stored in iziPen.com main server, he/she will have to provide a username and a password. The customer understands and accepts that transmission of personal data through the internet involves a risk. Thus, iziPen cannot fully be responsible for the aforementioned transmission. However, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that security of your personal information is secured.

10.4. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. For the prevention of unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place several suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our Privacy Policy is bound by the UK Data Protection and is more protective of your personal details than other websites, who reserve the right to distribute your information to third parties. This distribution will never occur while using iziPen.com.

11. Conduct/Lawful Use

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the use of this site is subject to all laws that are applicable Internationally, Nationally and Locally, as well as to the relevant Regulations. The Customer consents to these laws and regulations. He/She bears alone the responsibility in relation to the contents of communication through iziPen.com. The Customer consents to use iziPen solely for lawful purposes.

You agree:

a) Not to use iziPen for illegal purposes and/or with illegal intentions

b) To abide by all laws, regulations, procedures and policies of iziPen and its affiliates

c) Not to access and/or use this site if you are under the age of 18

d) Not to assist and/or use this site in the name of a person under the age of 18

e) Not to solicit any personal details of a person under the age of 18

f) Not to resell or make a transfer of your account and/or access to the site to any third party

g) Not to hinder and/or impede and/or prevent and/or restrict any other person from using and/or accessing the site

h) To act in a responsible and respectful way towards the other Customers of the site, as well as to the Writers of the site

i) Not to change and/or translate and/or copy and/or sell and/or adapt any part or the whole of the website and/or its services

j) Not to intervene with networks connects to iziPen

k) Not to collect and/or acquire any personal information about Customers and Writers without their express consent

In a case of violation of these Terms & Conditions, iziPen has the right to seek all actions and remedies available by law and equity.

12. Disclaimer/No Warranty

iziPen’s SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL iziPen BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS; ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR; ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SITE BY ANY CUSTOMER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, AND/OR; ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE iziPen’s SITE. iziPen MAY PROVIDE LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AS WELL AS ADVERTISEMENTS. iziPen DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE iziPen’s SITE OR ANY HYPERLINKED SITE OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING. iziPen bears no responsibility for any issues and/or problems relating to technical malfunction(s) of any network communicator or lines, online systems of computers, providers, servers, software, computer equipment, problems and/or failures of communication or emails due to traffic congestion on the Internet or due to technical difficulties or due to any of iziPen’s services, including damage, loss, injury to the Customer or any computer that relates to usage and/or access and/or participation to the services on this site.

13. Limitation of Liability

AS A CONDITION OF USE OF THE SERVICE, AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY iziPen, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT NEITHER iziPen, NOR ANY OFFICER, AFFILIATE, DIRECTOR, SHAREHOLDER, AGENT, CONTRACTOR OR EMPLOYEE OF iziPen WILL BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF EARNINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, OR COSTS RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SITE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, DELETION OR ALTERATION OF WRITER/ CUSTOMER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA OR FAILURE OF THE SITE TO STORE WRITER/ CUSTOMER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR OTHERWISE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, SITE OR CONTENT EVEN IF iziPen HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Customer accepts and consents that iziPen will not have liability in relation to any User submission or in relation to any conduct of any third party that is deemed to be illegal, defamatory, or offensive and that the risk is solely of the Customer in relation to any damage or harm.

iziPen has no responsibility and makes no representation that iziPen.com is accessible or suitable for usage in other locations. The users that access the site from other jurisdictions perform that act under their own discretion and acknowledge that it is their responsibility for compliance with the national and/or local laws and regulations of these other jurisdictions.

14. Indemnification

The Customer will protect, hold harmless and compensate iziPen, its directors, officers, partners, employees, shareholders, agents, Writers, affiliates, proprietors, consultants, independent contractors, predecessors, successors, representatives, and permitted assigns from and against any possible loss, expense (including attorney’s costs and fees), damage, suit, liability, claim that might arise or be a consequence or result of or relates to:

a) Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, patents and other related rights;

b) Violations of law and/or regulations applicable to the services offered in the site by Writers, including both intentional and negligent conduct;

c) Acts or omissions by the Writers relating to the services offered in this site or in relation to this Terms Conditions agreement;

d) Contractual relations formed between the Writers and third parties.

This responsibility of indemnification will survive this agreement of Terms & Conditions and the usage and/or access of this site.

15. Termination

15.1. If the information that you have provided as a Customer is false, misleading, subsequently modified, contains or omits any kind of information that could be considered material, or if iziPen has a reasonable reason to believe you have been involved in a fraudulent transaction, or if you do not cooperate in the appropriate way that these Terms & Conditions set out, iziPen has the right to terminate your account immediately, even if you have paid part or full of a writing service(s).

15.2. Your account will be terminated automatically if you attempt and/or succeed in causing any harm, damage, loss, or expense to iziPen’s platform and/or its Customers and/or its Writers and/or its server. This includes transmission of viruses, Trojan horses, malware, spamming, or other online malfunctions that harm with directly or through links to other sites and files.

15.3. If the Customer is in breach of any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions, iziPen reserves the right to terminate his/her account and any ongoing writing services, and forfeit any fees without notice, which are to be paid at any time.

15.4. iziPen is the only adjudicator in relation to what constitutes a violation of the Terms & Conditions included in this agreement.

16. Entire Agreement/Severability/Waiver

16.1. This agreement of Terms & Conditions sets out the entire agreement of you with iziPen in respect of usage and/or access of the site and its services. It overrides any previous agreements, either oral or written, and is the current agreement of Terms & Conditions which governed.

16.2. If any of the provision(s) contained herein are deemed to be invalid, void or unenforceable of any reason, such circumstance will affect only the provision(s) that is deemed to be invalid, void or unenforceable, and the rest of this agreement will remain enforceable.

16.3. A failure from iziPen’s part to act in relation to a breach performed by a Writer(s) or other(s) does not waive its right to act in another situation regarding a breach (including similar, subsequent, or different breaches).

16.4 This agreement of Terms & Conditions is binding on all of the present and respective successors and permitted assigns of iziPen.com.

17. Ability to Accept Terms of Use

The Customer consents that he/she is more than 18 years of age, or has legal consent by a parent or a guardian, or is an emancipated minor, and has the right and competence and ability to perform online transactions, to enter into agreements, to abide by these Terms & Conditions, to enter into obligations, representations, warranties and affirmations that are included in these Terms & Conditions, and to accept and comply with this agreement of Terms & Conditions.

18. Governing Law

18.1. This agreement of Terms & Conditions is governed by, understood and applied according to the Laws and Regulations of the place where the company holds its principal office/place of business, including both interpretation and performance, or in any other place according to the judgment of the company.

18.2. These Terms & Conditions do not abide by The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any action or any other judicial proceeding in relation to the enforcement of any part or the entirety of this agreement of Terms & Conditions shall be taken in the courts of the jurisdiction in the place that the company holds its principal office/place of business or in any other place according to the judgment of the company.

21.2. ‘Customer’ is the person who requests a service and places his/her order through iziPen in order to retrieve it. It is governed by the defined Terms & Conditions of this section.

21.3. An “Order” is a request made through iziPen’s online platform by the Customer for a particular writing service, such as essays, dissertations, etc. The exact kind of service, the form and other particulars are specified with the submission of this order.

21.4. A “Product” is an online document produced by the Writer, in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s order and is considered as the final form of the service requested.

21.5. A “Product Revision” is an online document considered as an edited version of the original writing document requested by the Customer.

21.6. “Customer Support Team” is iziPen’s assistance team providing support, assistance and resolving any existing queries produced by the Customer.

21.7. An “Order Status” is the current stage at which the Customer’s order is being.

21.8. A “Messaging System” is an online feature that allows detailed communication between the Customers and the Writers in relation to a writing service. No exchange of personal information is allowed through this messaging system and it will be monitored for possible violations. A violation of this kind is considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions contained in this agreement and iziPen reserves the right for obtaining all legal and equitable remedies.

21.9. “Live Chatting” is an online feature that enables instant communication between the Customers and the Writers. No exchange of personal information is allowed and it will be monitored for possible violations. A violation of this kind is considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions contained in this agreement and iziPen reserves the right for obtaining all legal and equitable remedies.

22. Acceptance of Terms

22.1 iziPen is a service provider offering this platform with the purpose of facilitating the Customers to use writing services of Writers. This is conditional to the acceptance of the Terms, Conditions, and Procedures both contained in this Agreement, as well as any Procedures and/or Notices published on this site by iziPen. The following Terms & Conditions govern your use and/or access on the site and the services offered. By your usage and/or subscription and/or delivery of writing service(s), you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms & Conditions, as well as to the Procedures of iziPen. These Terms might be update periodically without notice to you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with these Terms.

22.2 The words “use” or “using” in this Agreement, means any time that a User, someone visiting and/or accessing and/or making a purchase on the site, directly or indirectly, with or without the help of a machine, accesses or seeks to access, use, view, copy, print, make a request, interact with from iziPen’s Services, or in any way communicates, has an interest and/or benefit and/or profit with/from any service or function of iziPen’ s Services, for any purpose whatsoever.

22.3 These Terms & Conditions will also, govern any new features that iziPen might include in the future, unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

23. Our Services

23.1. iziPen is an online platform that gives the ability to Customers to connect with a Writer of their choice, who will provide them with specific essays, dissertations and other writing services required. iziPen by functioning as an online platform has a dual objective; it guarantees Customers will be provided with the services they requested to the Writers, and it ensures that Writers will be paid for the services they offer.

23.2. The process of the website is simple. Customers are able to find and choose Writers that meet their requirements in skills, time frame, budget and their general requisites. Once Customers find their appropriate Writer from a long list of high skilled Writers offered by iziPen, they can place their order through the order platform. This order will include their specific requirements, such as the form of the writing service (essay, dissertation, translation, research, etc.), the length, the time-frame and other personal specifications. These requirements will be sent to the Writers that are relevant for the specific job and offers will be placed by them. Therefore, the Customers will have the ability to choose Writers through a wide selection of offers. Furthermore, iziPen provides ‘live chatting’ between the Customers and the suggested Writers. This will have the purpose of assisting the Customers to make the best choice, since they can discuss their requirements and even, have the possibility of negotiating the price slightly. However, at this stage (before Customers choose a Writer), the exchange of personal information between Customers and Writers is not allowed. There will be several online mechanisms ensuring that such an exchange will be avoided, since it is against the agreed terms & Conditions. iziPen reserves the right to enforce legal consequences if such a breach occurs. From the moment Writers accept the requests and conditions of the Customers, it is the responsibility of the Writers to deliver the requested writing service in accordance with the particular requirements and quality, and within the required time frame.

23.3. The moment the writing service has been completed, the Writers will transfer ownership and all other related rights of the project to the Customers. After the delivery of the writing services by the Writers, the Customers wi ll have the ability to leave a review and rate the service offered by the former.

24. Order Process

24.1 Registration.

Registering as a Writer is easy, quick and completely free. iziPen will never charge you for registration either now or in the future. It is done by providing an email and a password to use every time he/she accesses the website. We might need to contact you through your email. Furthermore, the Writer can choose the type of writing service(s) he/she is willing to offer, so that he/she will get notified solely for this chosen type of writing service(s) (such as essay, dissertation, translation, research etc.). The Writer has the ability to choose one or more types of writing projects. During the registration, the Writer will also, provide a bank account and/or a PayPal account in order to receive the payments from their writing services. We ensure that these personal details will be secure. After the Writer will be accepted, he/she will receive a confirmation email to the email address he/she has provided to iziPen. The provision of incorrect email address and/or account is considered a violation of the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

The messaging system on iziPen is used for communication with Customers, Writers and iziPen’s Support Team. Customers can contact Writers through this system, as well as the opposite. Both can contact the support team in respect any queries they might have and/or advice needed and/or instructions. However, no exchange of personal information is allowed through this messaging system. Customers are also, not allowed to work with Writers directly without using iziPen’s platform. Such actions will be monitored and possible breaches will lead to legal consequences as they are considered breaches of the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

24.5 Tracking the order status.

While Once the Customer chooses the Writer he is interested in performing the writing service, the latter contacts the former. This communication can take place through iziPen’s live chatting. This method of communication does not allow the exchange of personal details. This will be monitored and a possible violation will be considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions of this agreement leading to several legal consequences. The Writer bears the responsibility of acquiring all the information he/she needs in order to complete the writing project. The moment the Customer accepts the Writer’s offer, payment is placed through our site.

25. Delivery and Copyright

25.1 iziPen does not bear any responsibility and/or liability for any delivery issue. This also, encompasses any problem with and/or related to the Writer provider service, internet, email, and others which do not fall within the control of iziPen and/or relate to the fault of the Writer. iziPen’s Support Team is available to assist with any delivery problems through the messaging system of iziPen’s contact platform.

25.2 When Writers deliver a writing service to the Customers, it is according to the Customers requirements. The Customers are the ones holding full copyright of the writing projects and any other material delivered to them. If the Customers find out that the Writers gave material that is plagiarized and attempted to establish it as original, the Customers have the right to reject it, resulting to the withholding of payment towards the Writers. Payment will be held on iziPen’s online platform until the issue is examined thoroughly and in detail. Since, the Writers bear the responsibility of producing writing projects free of plagiarism, a part or even the full amount paid to them will be refunded back to the Customers. iziPen’s commission however, will not be refundable in any case.

25.3 iziPen and/or its affiliates and/or its partners is not liable and/or responsible for any breach, illegal, unethical act, or any wrongful use of the writing services received from the Writers. Such acts might include plagiarism, loss of titles / awards / scholarship / grants / positions, suspension, probation or any other academic disciplinary and/or legal action. In such situations, Customers should directly refer to the Writers and resolve any disputes with them.

26. Revision Policy

26.1 The Customer bears the responsibility of continuous contact through live chat with the selected Writer in order to track the progress of the writing project. If the Customer accepts the entirety of it, no refunds (partial or full) are available to the Customer.

26.2 The revisions requests made by the Customers will be assessed by iziPen’s Quality Assurance Department. If a revision request seems, according to the aforementioned mechanism, to breach the original requirements set out by the Customers, it can be declined.

27. Modifications

27.1 iziPen has the right to modify or terminate part and/or any and/or all of the provisions contained in this Terms & Conditions Agreement and/or iziPen’s Service, either temporarily or permanently, either with notice or without towards the Customers. iziPen does not have the obligation to update and/or support the Service. The amended Terms & Conditions will be posted here and replace the previous Terms & Conditions Agreement, and will be effective immediately with their upload on the site. If the Customer continues to use the site and/or its services, it is deemed to have agreed to the modifications made in this agreement, as well as accepting to be bound by the new Terms & Conditions in the site.

27.2 Writers acknowledge and accept that iziPen is not liable towards any Customer and/or Writer and/or Third Party if iziPen decides to exercise the aforementioned right of altering or terminating the Terms & Conditions of this agreement or its offered services. It is the responsibility of the Writer to be updated with the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement and this can be viewed directly and at any time at http://iziPen.com/terms

28. Use of iziPen’s Services

28.1 By using iziPen’s Services, it is deemed the Writer agrees:

a) To submit only correct information;

b) To update the information when required;

c) Not to use iziPen’s Services for unlawful and/or illegal reasons.

28.2 The Writer, by using the site and/or Services of iziPen, certifies that is of legal age in accordance with the Writer’s country in order to provide services online. The Writer also, confirms that he/she is not prohibited from using and/or receiving online services in accordance with the laws of the Writer’s country and/or any other jurisdiction that might be applicable.

28.3 If the Writer provides any kind of information that is not true and/or illegal and/or incomplete and/or inaccurate and/or out-of-date, or if iziPen has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by the Writer is not true and/or illegal and/or incomplete and/or inaccurate and/or out-of-date, iziPen reserves the right to delay or terminate your account and any ongoing and/or future writing services and any outstanding payments, and prohibit any future use of part or the entirety of the Services offered by iziPen.

29. Payment/Service Fees

29.1 The Customer can place an order through the site completely free. The Writers then, will offer a price for the particular writing service. Once the Customer accepts a Writer from the long list offered, he/she will have to pay the agreed fees to that Writer. The Customer will prepay the whole amount of the agreed fees in advance. This is done through the secure system of PayPal.

29.2 The fees paid by the Customer will be released to the Writer’s Bank or PayPal account only after the delivery of the writing service. Once the writing project is delivered to the Customer, the Writer will receive the agreed payment, less iziPen’s Service fees and transaction fees (PayPal fees), within the next five (5) working days (weekends, bank holidays and public holidays are not considered working days).

29.3 The five (5) days frame in between the delivery of the writing service and the release of payment exists for security reasons, as well as for having the time to review the writing project for possible fraudulence. After the final delivery of the writing project, the Customers can rate and/or leave a comment for the particular Writer.

29.4 iziPen will receive the Service Fee of 15% of the total fees paid to the Writer. VAT is not included, as iziPen is not VAT registered. Except as otherwise stated herein, the Service Fees of iziPen are non refundable.

30. Privacy

30.1. iziPen is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide us any personal information, then you should be absolutely certain that it will be used only in accordance with this privacy policy. They will not be distributed to any third party.

30.2. iziPen.com will ask you to provide your personal details (name and email) only when you ask for our services; when customers request an essay, dissertation, etc. or when you apply to become a writer. By providing us with your personal details, we will have the ability to identify you and offer you the exact service that you request.

30.3. Before the customer enters his/her personal information which is stored in iziPen.com main server, he/she will have to provide a username and a password. The customer understands and accepts that transmission of personal data through the internet involves a risk. Thus, iziPen cannot fully be responsible for the aforementioned transmission. However, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that security of your personal information is secured.

30.4. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. For the prevention of unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place several suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in order to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our Privacy Policy is bound by the UK Data Protection and is more protective of your personal details than other websites, who reserve the right to distribute your information to third parties. This distribution will never occur while using iziPen.com.

31. Conduct/Lawful Use

The Writer acknowledges and agrees that the use of this site is subject to all laws that are applicable Internationally, Nationally and Locally, as well as to the relevant Regulations. The Writer consents to these laws and regulations. He/She bears alone the responsibility in relation to the contents of communication through iziPen. The Writer consents to use iziPen solely for lawful purposes.
