At iziPen we truly care about the security and protection of our customers’ personal data. This is why the payment for each order on our platform is made only via PayPal. To complete the purchase of your order and start your collaboration with your writer you do not necessarily need a PayPal account since you can pay by debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) as a visitor. Upon the completion of your purchase, you will be automatically transferred to your profile where you will see the status of your order changed to ‘Assigned’ to the writer of your choice. Also, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from our team.

In addition, for all orders over $120 you have the option to pay your order in installments. To make this possible, you should first reach a common agreement with your writer via chat regarding the number of installments, the content for each part and the different delivery dates for each part. The customer can then place new orders equal to the number of installments agreed, in each of which the writer will submit his offer. For example, if the total cost for the completion of your assignment is $300 you can divide your project into 3 new orders with the corresponding deadline each time as:

Order 1: $100

Order 2: $100

Order 3: $100

So, every time a part of your essay is completed by the writer, you will be able to check it before proceeding to the purchase of the next order.

To ensure your maximum security on our platform, no other payment method is allowed except PayPal. In this way, our company does not have access to the sensitive personal data of the buyer such as the name and card details of the customer and at the same time we maintain complete confidentiality.

*Remember that after completing your purchase via PayPal it is necessary to stay on the page for a few seconds until you are automatically transferred to your iziPen profile!

WRITERS

In case you are a writer it is necessary to have a PayPal account for your successful payments from iziPen. To create a new PayPal account easily and completely free of charge, you can follow this PayPal Account Sign Up Guide. For security reasons, no other payment method is supported by our company and all transactions are made strictly via PayPal only. After your payment from iziPen as a writer the money will be available in the PayPal Balance of your account and you will be able to immediately transfer it to a bank account or make a new purchase via PayPal.

For security reasons, all payments are released and sent to the writers after the 100% delivery of an order to the customer. All payments are made automatically by the iziPen Payment Department on a 24-hour basis and no further action is required by the respective partner. To successfully pay a writer:

  • The order has to be delivered within the predetermined deadline agreed with the customer.
  • No detection of plagiarism rate higher than the permissible academic limits should be found in the assignment.
  • The paper should meet the customer's requirements and all corrections should be made in compliance with their original agreement (for extra modifications and corrections that were not included in the original agreement, the writer may agree with the client on an additional fee by placing a new order).
